ReedGroup was re-organizing it’s internal business processes. Their current brand and website used older technology — the design was dated and did not reflect the advanced business modeling and growth. As with many new companies, they are working hard on the business while the design of their brand gets handled in pieces and parts along the way.
I introduced color logic to their company brand but distinguished it from their product, MD Guidelines, while unifying the MD Guidelines logo in style with the company logo. The color symbology helped customer distinguish between ReedGroup services and products quickly.
Over a period of 2 years, I created a brand style guide for internal teams to reinforce brand consistency and content/photo style consistency across all departments.
Role: Creative director, brand strategist, UX designer, producer.
Deliverables: Full brand guidelines. Staff business cards and email signatures, powerpoint presentation graphics, corporate brochure, digital signatures, corporation logos, magazine ads and website design and implementation.

“Niya is great fun to work with–she creates beautiful materials, all on time and within budget and with a great attitude. One of her many strengths is her abililty to provide strong design input while being able to incorporate the client’s preferences for products that are both functional and visually striking.”
